CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • Cancellation 60 days or more prior to departure = Deposit paid will become a Lifetime Deposit (LTD) and stay on file in your name to use on a G Adventures trip in the future.
  • Cancellation between 30 and 59 days prior to departure = LTD + 50% loss of final payment
  • Cancellation within 30 days of departure = LTD + 100% loss of final payment

REQUIRED: TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is compulsory in order to participate on our trip. This is a policy put in place by the tour provider, G Adventures, not your travel agent.

When travelling on a group trip, you will not be permitted to join the group until evidence of travel insurance has been sighted by your leader, who will take note of your insurance details. When selecting a travel insurance policy we require that at a minimum you are covered for medical expenses including emergency evacuation and repatriation. A minimum coverage of USD200,000 is required. We strongly recommend that the policy also covers personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects. 

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

 

Please note that your card will not be charged / payment will not be processed until we have verified your passport information and you have reviewed and agreed to the terms and conditions (this will be in a separate email that will be sent once you complete and submit this reservation request). 

The minimum deposit amount is $350 per person. The remaining balance is due before February 7, 2027. Your agent will send monthly invoices so you will not forget but it is ultimately the responsibility of each guest to complete their final payment on time.
